Cameron Impact Scholarship

The Cameron Impact Scholarship, offered by the Bryan Cameron Education Foundation, is a prestigious, merit-based award designed to support high-achieving high school seniors in the United States who demonstrate exceptional leadership, community service, and academic excellence.


๐ŸŽฏ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Cameron Impact Scholarship, applicants must:

  • GPA: Maintain a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Citizenship: Be a U.S. citizen.

  • Graduation: Be a member of the high school graduating Class of 2026, planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university for the academic year following high school graduation.

  • Demonstrated Excellence: Show proven excellence in extracurricular activities, leadership, community service, and a strong work ethic.

  • Application Components:

    • Complete the online application.

    • Submit two letters of recommendation (one from current school personnel).

    • Provide an unofficial transcript certifying academic performance.

Note: Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. 


๐Ÿ’ฐ Award Details

  • Coverage: The scholarship covers full tuition, fees, and books at any accredited U.S.-based college or university. It does not cover room and board.

  • Number of Awards: Approximately 15 scholarships are awarded annually.

  • Public Service Allocation: Approximately 25% of scholarships are designated for students pursuing careers in education, nonprofits, government, or military service, with a stated professional goal of public service.

  • Early Application Deadline: Wednesday, May 21, 2025, by 12:00 PM (Noon) PT.

  • Regular Application Deadline: When the Foundation reaches 3,000 complete and eligible applications or by September 3, 2025—whichever occurs first. Note: The Foundation typically reaches capacity before the final deadline, so early submission is strongly encouraged.

  1. Online Application: Complete the application form available on the Bryan Cameron Education Foundation website.

  2. Letters of Recommendation: Submit two letters of recommendation, ensuring that one is from current school personnel.

  3. Transcript: Provide an unofficial transcript certifying academic performance.

  4. Submission: Submit all application components by the chosen deadline.

Note: The Foundation does not accept late submissions or incomplete applications. 


๐ŸŒŸ Selection Process

  • Review: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a limit of 3,000 complete and eligible applications.

  • Finalist Interviews: Approximately 75-100 finalists are selected for in-person interviews, typically conducted at the applicant's high school.

  • Announcement: Recipients are announced in December 2025.
